At STNDBY, we believe an event is only as good as the experience. That's why we lead with SERVICE. Our in-house concierge consist of highly trained individuals standing by ready to assist with the needs of you and your guest.

Our Concierge Service

  • EVENT PRODUCTION. You tell us what type of event you want to have, when and where, and we'll handle the logistics.

  • GUEST SERVICES. Once we lock in the details of your event, the next step is to take care of your guest. Simply give us your guest list and leave the coordinating up to us.

  • ACCOMMODATIONS. Now that we know where we are going and who is coming, our in-house travel agents will arrange your guest travel and housing accommodations. 

  • VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE. Your assigned Concierge Specialist will become your 24/7 point-of-contact for you and your guest.

  • ON-SITE SERVICE. We aren't just with you from conception. Our STNDBY Staff will be on the ground with you during your event - standing by for whatever you need.

  • THE FINALE. We don't just stay until the last guest has departed but we also put the final ribbon on your event with our STNDBY Farewell Signature.
