WHAT IS STNDBY?
STNDBY is a private sector, members-only concierge club that provides First-Class service and solutions for its members.


WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DOES STNDBY PROVIDE?
STNDBY services range from everyday request such as appointment scheduling and reservations to special request such as travel coordination and event support.


WHAT IS THE STNDBY APP?
The STNDBY App is a mobile app where members submit their daily request.


IS  THE STNDBY APP A REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The STNDBY App is required for members as it is where members request service and  share confidential information such documents and receipts. The STNDBY app is free and only fully accessible by members.



HOW CAN I BECOME A STNDBY MEMBER?
To join STNDBY, you must complete our Membership Intake Process:

1.) Submit a Request to join Form which can be found HERE.
2.) Complete a 10-15 minute Interest Interview by phone. We will set this up.
3.) If you are selected to move forward after your phone interview, you will receive a MEMBERSHIP INTAKE Packet that must be completed and submitted within 5 to 7 business days. (If your request to join is denied, you will be notified within 5 to 7 business days.)
4.) After we have received your completed packet, you will be prompted to purchase the membership of your choice.
5.) Once you have purchased a membership, your Membership status becomes Active and you will then be able to log into the STNDBY App to start using your Member Services.



WHAT CAN CAUSE AN APPLICATION TO BE DENIED, PENDING OR APPROVED?
There are numerous factors we take into consideration during our membership intake process. Unfortunately, we do not provide reasons for our decisions unless your status is PENDING in which case we will require additional information.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership, simply log into your account, proceed to subscriptions and/or membership and select cancel.
