Using STNDBY is easy.
1.) Log into your account and go to the request service page. Tell our live virtual assistant what you need and we'll create a service order for you.

2.) Once you approve your service order and payment has been received, we will assign you a personal assistant who will reach out to you directly via your preferred channel of communication. Once your service order begins, your personal assistant is on-the-clock and can share their location and updates with you.​

3.) After all errands have been fulfilled, your service order will be marked as completed and receipts from your purchase(s) will be uploaded to your account. Any remaining funds from your purchase(s) will be refunded to you.

PLEASE NOTE: STNDBY service must be requested at least 2 hours in advance and payment for service is required before service can begin. STNDBY is currently only available in Los Angeles.
